Ebates.com trustworthy?

Just found out about ebates.com, what do you think about it. Will my CC information be safe, do they pay? Going to try them with a monitor purchase if they work out well.
 
You don't give them any CC information. Ebates can be flaky at times, since they leave a window of up to 30 days before you can get credited. Your just left in the dark during that time. Sometimes you can fight it if you save your information and they will credit you manually. I've gotten one check so far from them for 15 dollars. Hey money is money right? What you got to lose🙂 just make sure you shop through their referral link tho.
 
I second that. I have not been using them lately because I have totally forgotten about them.

I honestly got around $200 from them, and that is free money since I was buying the crap anyway. Well worth the time it takes to go through them.
 
Thanx for the info guys. When I asked about my CC info I meant how the ebates.com top frame is up when going through sites[secure?].
 
Yes, when you make a purchase when using Ebates, it is secure. Many people on this BBS have gotten the ebates money back discounts before and no one has seemed to have a problem with security of CC numbers.
