Go to the ebags site and if you use firefox you get a lower price on the items but no free shipping. If you use IE the price jumps and gives you free shipping. I'm not sure if this was ever posted. I ordered a computer bag that would have cost like $44 shipped from buy.com but I got it for $38.94 shipped from ebags using firefox. It shows up as $31.99 but you pay shipping $6.95. Using IE will show a price of $39.99 with free shipping.

I'm getting different prices and I have had 3 other people get different prices. I'm not sure what you are doing different that the 3 people I've asked.

eBags makes extensive use of cookies to track your browsing and shopping habits if you have an account with them already. So yeah OP, you probably have a coupon in one browsers cookies.

If you have an account with them, and find a bag you like that is not on sale (or is on sale and will be on sale for awhile), you can get 15% off pretty easily:
1 - Log into your account, make sure you stay logged in
2 - Add the bag to your cart
3 - Leave the site.
4 - In 1-3 business days they'll send you an email offering an additional 15% off the cost of everything in your cart.
(Also, you'll get 15% off anything else you add to your cart at this point, not just the items there were there before)

Their sale prices are typically well over 15% off, and unless you know a sale will be going on for awhile, it's better to just buy immediately. But I've used the above method to get a few bucks off bags before that weren't on sale.

It took them a week to get back to me that a bag I'd ordered, was out of stock. :disgust:

Not horribly encouraging, so far as their online stock status goes.

But, at least my card was never charged.

I won't be back there.

This is definitely an issue of cached coupon code. BTW there are some good coups out there for ebags. Also, they offer $5 off any order over $30 if you use google checkout...pretty decent if you need a bag.
