PSA: if you want to play Xbox 1 games on your Xbox360 you should order the deluxe system, since those games require the hard drive to run.

$700?! Fvck that!

Tax in California is $57.75 too. Might as well go to Oregon or Nevada and buy it tax free.

Unless they impliment some lame-ass proprietary system that will only accept "XBox-approved" HDDs I'll just use one of the extra ones I have lying around, thanks.

Of course, I'm not going to be buying one of these until I can mod it. Hellooooo media center.

yeah, somehow a $400 console, 3 games and an extra controller doesn't quite add up to $700.

Sadly, though, they'll sell out in a few days and the bundles will be selling like hotcakes on ebay for $1000.

I might just have to invest. ;)

You'll have to wait for a mod chip for that.

What a rip, just buy the core with the HD and DIY on the games.

the core is $300 and the HD is $100. mine as well get the premium package for $400.

and it doesnt use any old 3.5 HDD. it uses some removable 2.5" HDD that you can slide in and out of the xbox360 like a memory card.

It's 4 games, he left one out. So $399 + $240 + $82 = $721.

Works for me, since I'm going to wait for a mod chip to buy an XBox 360 anyway.

Now that I'm on the topic, I really need to get around to modding my PS2.

$60 a game?!?!?!? $82 for a controller??!?!?!?

82$ for this:

Extra Wireless Controller
Play & Charge Kit (for extra controller)
Rechargeable Battery Pack (for included controller)

and yes, games are supposedly $60, although gamestop has PGR3 and Kameo priced at $50 right now on their site, so no one really knows yet.
