I think EB and a bunch of other sites have been doing this for awhile now. Thats why I never click any of those offers after ordering, seems like something they should get a lawsuit over though.

I always hated EB. Then they had that one time exchange thing and I would buy games from them. But then I went in about a month after they stopped without knowing and wanted an exchange. Treated me like crap and didn't bother to say anything about how their policy changed. After I told them about it, they'd just be like, we never had such a policy, people would keep exchanging games.
