how about only eating junk once in a while, that way you don't go on cycles, which your body doesn't like very much. anyway, i think junky food tastes better when you only eat it occasionally. same way with soda.

LoL, it went on a two week cycle cuz of finals 🙁
No time and lazy to cook and was busy studying 🙁

School gym is being renovated.
it'll be opening in about 1 week.
I've been working out in my room however.
Good ol' Push ups, sit ups and water jug curls 😉

dude... not good. take what u normally eat and just cut the portions in half or something. u can only change ur actual diet so much before you kill yourself, and starting out with such a drastic change is NOT going to work.

identify the healthier things you like (chicken, various fruits and veggies) and stick to those for a bit. If you want something new, look up new recipes or ways to cook that stuff or try something thats similair (like fish).

taste is mostly acquired (for most part that is), and i dont see anything missing from your diet from nutrition standpoint. maybe you could use some dried nuts and/or bean based food like tofu...
 
I'm a hearty eater 🙂

My diet isn't that bad. I haven't actually ate out in a quite a bit 😛
Fast food doesn't really interest me anymore.
