I am posting my personal experience with consuming fruits and vegetables over a long period of time.

Little history about myself:

When I was young I used to love chocolates and ice cream. They were my primary food. And no I didn't take care of my teeth well when I was a child. 15 years ago I visited the dentist for the first time in my life. The dentist almost passed out cause my teeth were in such bad shape beyond imaginable. He worked on them and was done for the day. He told me to come back for the stage 2 operation. I never returned.... I was eating a lot of sweets (mostly chocolate chip cookies and ice cream / ice cake, and donuts).

Two years ago I was eating ice cream cone and when I chewed the nuts sprinkles on the ice cream cone I had this sharp pain and felt something was crashing. 1/3 of my second molar on the right has crushed, or collapsed. It is similar to how part of ice collapse in ice berg in the arctic. It was extremely painful. I screamed "AHHHHHHH!!!!" It looks as it was hollow inside. I didn't go to the doctor because I didn't have dental coverage. I had to chew with left molars as the right molar was completely down. I could not even eat food right because the right tooth hurt so bad. And the food particles get trapped in the hole and they get to my nerve. Hours later I start getting infections. I had to rinse off my mouth with Listerine to get rid of the particles and aid the infection. Yes I still ate junk food at the time. This went on for about 1.4 years.

When I felt I got multiple diseases (heart disease, lung infection or cancer, brochial infection or cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, polyp in my nut sack, feeling tired, loss of weight, dizziness, etc) I took action by completely stopping sugar intake and eating large dose of raw fruits and veggy juice every day for 7 months but it is also taking care of my teeth failure. The tiny broken pieces (due to blending) of pomegranate seeds got all trapped in my crushed molar tooth and got all filled up. Interestingly, this didn't give me pain at all. Incredible. I read somewhere that the pomegranates help make bone too in addition to wrapping and tying cancer cells together in one spot and masscre them all at once. Anyways, it appears to be fixing (or at least *protecting*) my tooth and keep from getting infection. I am able to chew food with that tooth now as that is my primary tooth for crushing food. Also I had plagues built up all over the rest of my teeth. They looked terrible. It appears that the fruits and vegetables are cleaning off plagues. They are almost gone now. No, I didn't go to the dentist. I only brush teeth once a day. I used to use Listerine but I don't even use that any more.

Oh also it used to take me 2~ 3 minutes to start pee as if there has been infection or something. I suffered from this for over 10 years but that's gone too. I can pee immediately. This is a huge fix.

Oh one thing it's not fixing is my back problem as I injured my back a long time ago when I was a child. This would not fix.

Just sharing my experience that's all. I'll keep you guys updated. I am going to continue drinking fruit/veggy mix for the rest of my life.

And I didn't need to remove pomegranate seeds that got trapped in the broken tooth before I go to bed. Let them sit there and gave me no pain. It appears pomegranate seeds are the body guard or building my tooth.

I...what?

Welcome to a cheez health and fitness thread. He self diagnosed himself with severe diseases based on research, when in reality they require detailed diagnostic tests. Then he says he cured them with fruits and vegetables. While I'm all for a good diet, it is not a panacea and does not cure all diseases, particularly as a secondary tx intervention.

It's sort of like patching a hole on a drywall. The collapsed tooth I mean. It's amazing I didn't get swelling on my gum since the several months of massive fruit / veggy intake.

I can however attest that I feel a bit of calcium defeciency in my body. Would drinking milk do? What's your thoughts?

How does one feel a calcium deficiency?

Drink Milk of Magnesia, it will make your body strong like metal.

When I turned my head I felt / heard this bit of twist sound in my neck. Also my back feel weaker where I injured my back when I was a child.

Don't forget, I am cheez doctor.;)

Only brush your teeth once a day? You're single, right?
Umm... no. My mouth doesn't smell as bad as before. It got better by stopping sugar intake and consume fruits and vegetables...

That's called either a cavitation (pop) or crepitus (grinding, noise) and it's a orthopedic thing, especially with moving joints (or potential arthritis). That has nothing to do your bone density or calcium. And if you're eating enough dark, leafy greens, you should be getting enough.

Back problems rarely have to do with your bone density unless you have a severe bone pathology or you're 75+ years old. They more have to do with joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and discs. Those are not improved by increased your calcium intake. They're improved by regular activity, exercise, and stretching.

To be fair...the health of most Americans would be vastly improved by switching out from fast/junk food to eating fruits & veggies

You're right, but it doesn't fix lung disease, reverse atherosclerosis or myocardial infarct, peripheral artery disease, etc. Good diet can PREVENT those, but as a secondary measure, it's not nearly as effective.

Also, it doesn't voodoo-magic-fix imploded molars.

It may be crepitus then. It's noticeable when turning my head *very* slowly, at tiny amount. If I turn it faster then I don't notice it. It's not loudly noticeable or anything but you know, I am very sensitive.

Well good. I don't have to drink milk then. Yes I exercise more often now, twice a day between a 10 minute break. I do push up total of 100 times, and sit-up of 50. I feel like I am strong... I can lift a telephone boot with one arm. ^_^ But because my back bothers me lately (I lifted something heavy and while twisting) I can't lift a telephone boot now. :(

Good boy Good boy... Cheez pats Kaido on his back. That's what I would like to hear. ;)

Don't know about those particular fancy sounding diseases, but it reversed my heart pain when I could not even wax my car or do any descent physical work because my heart was having severe pain. Taking motrin help reduced the pain to a some degree but eventually that no longer worked. Stop intake of sugar and massive volume of fruits and veggy intake completely removed the problem. My heart feels like from an iron man or superman. This is another reason why now I can exercise well because my heart isn't hurting.

Also, it doesn't voodoo-magic-fix imploded molars.
I wanted to draw my tooth and show exactly what part of molar got crushed in / collapsed. It's about the 1/3 size of the whole tooth. That's like a defcon 1 alert as I had so much pain. I must be a tough man cause I didn't go to the dentist, of course, I didn't have dental coverage at the time. Funny thing is, I have dental coverage this year, but I didn't go to the dentist. :D

The pomegranate seed particles all got stuck in the hole in the molar and got all filled up. It got hardened and I feel like it's protecting my gum and nerve to keep from getting infection. As a result, it keeps food particles from getting inside. I am able to chew food comfortably now. This started happening a month ago. The fruit / veggy drinking started 8 months ago actually, but pomegranate consumption didn't happen till a few months ago as it wasn't a season for it.

Also note that pomegranate seeds not only make bones but also strengthens gum.

Oh I forgot to mention that I also have damaged molar(s) on the left in the upper part of the jaw. I could not, and still cannot chew *some* type of food because it hurts really bad. I am guessing that due to gravitational pull, the pomegranate seeds could not get in to that molar... either that, or they just can't get to it due to way my teeth are shaped, I don't know. Anyways, now that I can chew with my molar on the right I can chew food with it instead. Switching sides, baby.

cheez, I know you don't want to see traditional medical doctors, but would you please see a psychologist or therapist? I'm sure that will help fix all your problems.

I don't have money to see psychologist nor therapist. Even if I do, I don't have time for that as it is very precious. I use up all of my time on listening to music, busy having eargasm. Time flies by so fast it's retarded and not even funny...

And I don't need to see them as my mind is clear and think better than a lot of folks. I have very open mind.

I am so cool.
