Anyone know where I can score a block of Irish Cheddar? 😛

i'd take just about any other cheese over blue cheese. *insert non-existant barf emoji here*

like Red Fox, with the little crunchy bits....oh baby. it is hard to find around me though.

if costco had it on the regular, i would be there all the time.

My progenitors must have been cheese makers for thousands of years. I am seemingly immune to all deleterious effects.

Caseomorphins is a example of the press tossing out a red herring. Pizza's most "addicting" and pleasurable component is the white bread. Starches and sugar also trigger a dopamine response.

Cheese has studies that suggest it reduces calories. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12002685/
Some cheese has vitamin K2 as a result of the bacteria used. That vitamin helps to stimulate osteoblasts and ondontoblasts.

Personally...cheese is completely unaddicting. I want to eat it every day for oral benefits....but I checked out and stopped eating any cheese for a month or two.
