Eating at restaurants too much gets kind of gross

I am single and on my own so I usually eat out. It's about dinner time right now, but eating out all the time has left me kind of feeling ugh, no appetite. I'm about ready to go to the supermarket, buy a bag of carrots and just eat that for dinner.

Agreed. It makes you feel fat and disgusting after a while...happens when I go on business trips, even when eating at good sit-down restaurants.

Nothing beats cooking you own, healthy food.

Go to the grocery store, get some food, and eat at home. You can still eat out a few times a week, but seriously, invest in your health.

I hear that. Ive been in a hotel for the last week and I can't take anymore resturant food. Hopefully I can move into my apartment soon, but its gonna be a couple more days 🙁

Too much of anything gets tiring <period>. I am going to be feeding on the same thing for the next ... Lord knows what. I have not even gone a week, yet I'm already feeling tired of it. Grrr! Even too much of your favorite things would tire you, albeit it would take longer to get there.
