My favorite line.

"They can eat tin cans and rubber tires, and wash it down with hard liquor while smoking a cigarette."

This is talking about NBA star, Jermaine O'Neal

Let's see a journal article backing up this claim.

A friend of my wife's was telling me about this. I'm not sure I buy it, but it was interesting.

Some of my family members have tried the "Eat Right for Your Type" diet book. The track record from what I have seen is quite impressive.

My uncle's hives cleared up shortly after starting this diet, my aunt lost a ton of weight, and my dad's migraines dropped from twice a week to once every two months.

Maybe it is a placebo effect, maybe it works... I'm type A and don't want to give up my favorite foods lol

Are you sure it wasn't because they stopped eating as much garbage every day?

Its possible... I don't know about my aunt and uncle, but my dad usually ate pretty well. He found that eating red meat increased the frequency of his migraines and the red meat is on his no-no list.

Guess what? My IBS cleared up when I dropped 40 pounds. Dropping weight helps your general health.

Guess what? It had nothing to do with this type of hocus pocus crap. I counted calories and lost the weight. My general health greatly increased. And my blood type of A+. I eat TONS of red meat.

There are ZERO and I mean ZERO scientific studies to back this hogwash up.

I'm type O. I read years ago that this theory purports that I would not do well on a vegetarian diet, and that I should eats lots of meat. However, I have been vegetarian for 12-years and I do quite well on my diet.
