eat breakfast at 10am, can't eat again for lunch

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, blah blah blah... never really hungry when I first get up, but I am around 10. But then I can't eat again until around 2 or 3pm. This throws off my entire meal schedule. :| I face some real issues here...

Happens to me too. Lately I haven't been hungry at all when I wake up, but I end up getting really hungry around 2-3.

For the past 2 years at college, there has not been much a schedule of when to eat. I just do it when I'm hungry.

Wake up early and exercise. You'll be starving like an hour after you are done.

If you know anything about endorphins, that is untrue

i think if you make yourself eat when you get up for a couple of days, your body will get used to being hungry in the morning.

the reason that first meal is important is that your body hasn't had anything put into it for around 8 hours(if not longer) when you wake up.

I know that I wake up at 0530 every day and work out for about an hour, and around 0730-0830 I am starving.

But I don't know anything about endorphines, so I guess I am wrong.....

Eat smaller meals, and more of them. Never get "full" or "stuffed."

I eat every 2-3 hours. But my meals are small. 700 calories or less. (I need 3000-4000 calories since I lift weights)

If you want to moderate calories try 500 or so every 3 hours.

Oh, and if you eat this way you MUST be sure to brush your teeth 3 times a day and floss daily. It's murder on the teeth and gums if you do not.

A steak for breakfast in the early morning, then I'm all set till it's time to cook up a bacon & cheese omelete for dinner around 10. 🙂
