easytune 5 problem

not sure which category to put this in...i have a p35-dq6, q6600, and 4 gb crucial ballistix pc6400 ram. when i installed the additional 2gb yesterday and booted up my machine, everything was fine, but easytune was showing my processor at 0MHz. CPUz shows it at 3.6ghz which is correct. weird. anyone have any ideas? thanks
