easy way to sleeve power supply?

I was wondering if anybody out there knew of an easy way to get the little tabs inside the molex on the supply wires. I am trying to get them off so i can sleeve the power supply but with a push pin it is taking me forever so i was just wondering if anybody has an easier way or someplace i can get a tool to do this whole damn project alot easier

Get a pin extractor from Radio Shack. Also Best Buy usually has them in the Belkin computer tool kit.
