Title says it all, how do you guys explain this model or remember it and what each part does?
I'm having trouble myself, TCP/IP stack i'm totally lost on.
I've at least memorized the OSI model but still lost on being able to explain and remember it easily.

You can use a mnemonic like Please Do Not Trash Sausage Anchove Pizza for the OSI, but the key for me was understanding the relationships between the layers and how the components of TCP/IP relate to the theoretical model.

Actually, I don't use that one is why. The one I use is not suitable for publication here.

Instead of rote I just understand how things actually work and it falls in much easier ;)

Yeah that's what I'm looking for is an easy way of relating the 2 models to each other.

I use All People Seem To Need Data Processing to remember the structure of the OSI. Got an easy way to explain how it relates to stack?
I've read plenty of models and such, just curious if anyone's got a cool way of explaining it.
