Easy way to re-format my iPod back to windows

I had my iPod formatted for a mac for a while so I could use my roomates mac to put my music on, anyway... I now have a PC.. anyone know how to go about formatting it for PC? I can put the files back on it no problem, but iTunes on the PC doesn't like the mac software... any ideas? thanks

Download the iPod Software updater from Apple.com or install it off the iPod CD and hit Restore. It'll format your iPod and install the latest firmware.

Download the ipod updater from apples website, you'll have to restore the software....

You know, for a sec I thought this was going to be "I bought an ipod from some guy who said he had installed Linux...how do I reinstall Windows again?:confused:

not if you use the one on the cd...

Set it to drive mode. The connect it, right click and format the thing.

Then try anapod explorer.
