easy way to get avi -> Svcd?

Is there a one click program that's not just a shell? in other words, I don't want to download like 300 programs for one to work.. thanks!

just did it this morning.

yes, nero will do it. You may need to scour the web looking for an avi plugin since my nero oem software wouldnt do it out of the box, but its out there and can be found for free.

download DVD2SVCD. You can convert avi to svcd using either TMPGEnc, CCE or Canopus Procoder (which are the best 3)...the nice thing about this is that it is a one-click solution....you just need to get your hands on copy of one of the above mentioned encoders. CCE gives the best results but you might need to find a copy of it for yourself :wink;

its not a 1 click solution.. and it wouldnt convert my avi to svcd whereas nero would.

it kept giving me crc errors whereas nero did it without complaining and it worked great.
