Easy Tune III and Cooling

I have a Gigabyte 7ZX-1 MoBO. I was wondering if any one has ever used easy tune 3 before, is it safe to use? I tried it and I could get my 1ghz Tbird to run at 1.2ghz. When ever I start up my PC the application that came with my pc to monitor temperatures is reporting it at 55-66 Celsius when its at 1ghz or 1.2ghz. I am useing a Super Orb and a case fan and thought it would be lower then that. I am getting a new fan but does any one think those temps are right/wrong?
