Easy Tune 5 For Gigabyte boards

Does any use the Easy Tune for their Gigabyte boards? Or should all over clocking be done in the bios? I see it has some easy slider controls, anyone any experiance with this?
 
i do all my overclocking through bios on my gigabyte board. almost 24 hrs is done now at 486 fsb . i am most gratefull with gigabyte releaseing the F7 bios as it removed the 458 fsb limitation i was haveing
