Easy to use web design tools

I've got some html files I want to do some simple edits on (add new links, change text, move pictures around, etc)

What are some simple web design tools you all have used? I don't want to touch html code - I did that about 9 years ago and never want to do that again 🙂 Just want to drag and drop to edit my html file...

Right now you can get Microsoft's WYSIWYG web developer, Visual Web Developer Express, for free

here

I prefer Arachnophilia, but it's not WYSIWYG.

FInally, mane the simplest open source app is NVU (you Google it). Personally I dislike NVU, but it might be what you need for simplicity.
