Easy to use mame collection/launcher

So an absent minded, computer illiterate friend of mine wants to play 1941 and perhaps some other arcade games of the era, seeing how to configure the mame emulator and acquiring various roms, he would never be able to do this himself.

So what is the simplest way of getting him access to these games? If a collection of ROMS are bundled would make things a lot simpler.
