Easy to use External hard drive for backup?

Hey folks, I need a hand. I have some older grandparents (75+) that was an backup their data. I can understand that. I want it to be as easy to use as it can be. The only thing I can really find is a Seagate Push Button backup, but no one seems to have them in stock ...

Can anyone recommend anything for windows XP and an external drive that is simple, and easy to use?

I would rather it backup the entire OS, but files are ok as well, as long as it's easy to use.
