2 Beef Briskets, rubbed with spices of your choosing, fat side up, in the oven at 250 degrees, for 8 hours. Use pans or cookie sheets.
Trim any remaining fat off (should not be much).
Slice 0.25" - 0.5" thick.

I should get a Foreman grill. I looked on Amazon and they were as much as $90 though! How much do I need to spend on one? Would that be the most effective thing for me to buy? I only have a cast iron grill and a nonstick pan. Would I be better buying more pots and pans or just get the grill?
I don't really care about reducing my fast food intake (pretty much all I eat 🙂) for health reasons, although I heard you do feel better and more energy, but I'm wondering if I can save some $$ by preparing meals at home.
