On my site how do i create other pages ? Like I have www.www.com but i want to also have www.www.com/pics so how do I do that? Thanks

Create a folder named pics on your webhost. Place an index file in there.

Well it didn't turn out to be that easy.

His uncle hosts his web site, he can only access FTP via an IP and the control panel is ancient Cobalt RaQ.

My recommendation is to get his web host to help him out or sign up for a web host which offers cPanel.
