Easy question: Program to pipe sound from the microphone to the speakers

Sounds easy but I have looked all over. Just something to pipe the mic to the speakers with a volume control. A boost option would be nice also.
Really appreciate the help folks!
 
Go into the windows volume control, click on Options->Properties and make sure Microphone is checked in the list. Hit OK, and now it should show in the panel of volume sliders. Unmute the Mic, and click on the button below it's volume slider to boost it.
