Easy question... how to unfold menus in Win2K?

I hate how win2k doesn't show the full menu in most applications and you have to click that freakin' double arrow at the bottom to get the full menu. Can anybody tell me how to revert to win98 type settings?

Right click Start Menu -> Use Personalized Menus

Just uncheck it!
