Easy One - Whats the format you type in a web browser to access an FTP

Quick Question. Whats the format you type in a web browser to access an FTP site. I need the format which includes login name and password.

for example...
ftp://111.111.111.1:21 (this is the part i dont remember...)
i only remember this:
the first part is the IP
the second part is the Port Number
Now i forget how you put in the user name and password...

anyone?

I have put a space between user and password because I get a smiley 😛
