Easy CD Creator 5.0 Platinum not working with XP

Everytime I want to start the program, it takes a while and then it closes again and wants to send an error message to MS. Any help?

Sorry, but I installed ver 5.02 and upgraded it to 5.02b, I believe. All works fine for me.

I had no problem installing and upgrading to 5.02b. Everything works fine except now my computer does a Restart instead of Shutting down. Anyone else having this problem and figure out a way to make it stop?

I guess I can get the update to 5.02 at Roxio's website?

I've the same problem to shut down the computer. Just unistall the directCD component and it should work.

Works fine for me. If you need to burn in the meantime, I suggest getting the lastest updates @ www.roxio.com (i believe it's 5.02)....

that should work.

Did you uninstall DirectCD and leave it unistalled? What can I do for packet writing in the meantime?
