Easy CD Creator 5.0 Platinum. HELP!!

Ok, I upgraded from Easy cd creator 4.0, and now i am on 5.0. Anyways, i have noticed when i try to burn a data cd (i have only tried data cd so far), it takes a hell of a lot of time to start burning. it spends a LONG time preparing the files. i don't remember it ever doing this under 4.0. Is this an option that i can uncheck, or is it a new feature integration of 5.0?

any help is greatly appreciated. thanks!
 
I've heard that you have to un-instal EZ CD 4 before installing 5. You should try un-installing both, and then re-instal 5. I hope that helps.

Yeah I'd try what he said. When I installed it, it prompted me to uninstall 4 first before installing 5.0

long time to start, yes happen to me. I hated it, so I went back to 4.03
