I'm not the master media mogul and wanted to know does anyone know or recommend a KILLER app that's easy to use and makes great Xvid conversions?

Sheesh if only VSO had ConvertDVDtoX, LOL...

THANKS

I forgot about DVDFab Platinum I use this all the time to shrink DVDs, just never used it to convert, seems like a great program....

How do you think DVDFab Platinum and FairUse Wizard compare?

If anyone has any better suggestions then this please let me know...

THANKS

Another vote for fairuse wizard, I've also used DVDFab but like fairuse better, I guess I'm just more used to the fairuse layout. But yes DVDFab will do the conversions also. I would give fairuse a shot while it's still free.

DVDFab has an audio option to use, 'audiocopy', or mp3, I take it audicopy is just using the original source and just copying it over?

This would then be the best way to go to maintain the quality of reproduction?

THANKS

I use avi.net.

I have both DVDFab and FairUse but haven't ever tried them for conversion. I suppose I should and compare them one of these days, but I've been happy with avi.net's performance and quality so I haven't bothered with it yet.

DVDFab Platinum is great. I use it for Xvid and also for the occasional DVD that Handbrake has trouble with. It even does Apple TV.

I posted this some months back and forgot about it, thanks for the replies...

I've still been tossing it around, and from a standpoint of active development DVDFab seems to take the crown, always new releases coming out, so it makes me think this might be the best choice over Handbrake and FairUse...

Any other thoughts here?

THANKS
