easy amplitude/frequency problem

now, I think I am missing something as I cannot get this right....

mass of block is 3 kg and it is attatched to end of spring and stretched 20cm by a force of 15 Newtons.

From this the spring constant is F = -KX, so K = 15/20 = 3/4

omega = sqr(K/M) which I get as sqr4/15 = 2/sqr 15

frequency = omega/2 pi, and I get 1/(sqr15)pi

and period = sqr(15)pi

now, the book says frequency is 5 rad/sec
and period is 2pi/ 5 sec...

why is mine different? where did I go wrong?
