Eastern Conn. State Univ. Students need ATOT's Help

Hey everyone, Over the past weekend a couple motor cycles were stolen from our parking garage at Eastern Connecticut State University. The Camera images show a Chevy Colorado pulling into the parking garage with New York plates but that's all we can see. We're hoping to see if the ATOT community can figure out a way to sharpen the license plate image so we might find these crooks and get the bikes back. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated and any rewards are guaranteed to be split 50/50.

I would say its completely impossible.. You would need a much higher res pic unfortunately

agreed, but i figured id at least try. I'll try to get some sort of higher resolution pictures from the police on campus

Not if you watch CSI. Zoom in, click ENHANCE, and voila 3 pixels turns into a 5 MP image of someone's face and now you can go into the database and search him up.

I love how crooks dont even worry about the camera. Really sad they dont have better quality. Its 2007 for christs sake!
