Easiest way to unlock Athlon XP1600+

I am about to build a friend a system, and the XP1600+ deal at newegg is too hard to pass up. Who and where can I find the guide to the easiet way to unlock the XP1600+? Thanks for the help!

Tomshardware.com has a video. I used scotch tape to seal off the L1 dots and filled the trench with super glue. I wiped off the excess with my finger to level it, then used a rear window defogger kit. Applied it with a sharp toothpick, but there was some run over that touched adjacent bridges. Simply used a needle to carefully scrape a clean break between the painted bridges. Took about 10 minutes and worked the first time.
