Easiest way to send/receive a file via Internet?

Whats the easiest way for Person A to send a small file (under a 1meg) to Person B?

I guess you could say email depending on the size of the file.

For 1MB, just attach it to an email message. Even the most restrictive email services that I have seen will allow up to 5MB attachments.

I would say Email, only because it's something that is familiar for all users (even those with very minimal understanding of computers and other applications/services).

If we're talking about people that are a little more savvy, then I'd go for FTP.
