I'm going to be replacing one of the machines on my home network. It has a couple of shared printers attached to it, along with some shared folders. If I give the replacement machine the same name and the same share names for its folders, will all the other computers be fooled into thinking it is the same computer as before? Or will I have to go through, machine by machine, and reset them to use the printers and folders of the new machine? Thanks for any info.

i.e. if you replace a box with another named the same and the same shared resources, the other pc's will continue to attach to the new box as they did the old box
