Easiest way to make Word "drawings" into image files?

Clearly one could save the Word doc as a web page and grab the images (right??) but is there a more direct way? TIA.

Interesting, but it involves a couple of extra steps like cropping and such. I'll keep it in mind as an alternative!

Select the drawing object, Ctrl + C, paste in Photoshop. Voila!

At least I think it should work
