easiest way to make full hard drive image that has mulitple partitions?

we got some new intel minis at work with 10.5, and i wanted to make a single image on one, and clone to the other three. The hard drive has 4 partitions set up; this is a must.

I normally use carbon copy cloner to make partition clones, but I am looking for a program that gives me the option to back up the entire drive rather than one partition at a time (as with CCC).

I tried the disk utility in leopard but it did not work I selected the hard drive, chose to create a new image, and save it to an external USB drive, but then it crashes before the image begins.

Anyone know of a program that will allow me to easily clone the drives? I really want to avoid creating the partitions on the systems, and then cloning each partition one by one.

thanks all
