Easiest way to create VDCs?

I want to archive about 650 photos to CD so I can view them with my DVD player. I hear making a VDC is the route to go. I conducted several Google searches on the subject, but all my attempts end in failure.

What's the easiet way to create these darn VDCs?

try nero, you can create a vcd there

just remember vcd quality is horrible compared to pictures to a digicam

It is VCD not VDC and that is probably why you had trouble finding info.

Besides Nero (which is excellent), you can do it with EasyCD.

A lot of cheap DVD players will turn a simple CD full of Jpegs in to a slide show.
If you have an expensive DVD player, you may be out of luck.

The Amphion V99 that sold for $20 A/R at Best Buy this past Black Friday does this. Auto-resizes the pictures and everything. My friends Apex player does this too.
My Panasonic doesn't :frown:

Thanks egale, that was a typo on my part... at least I am consistant.

I have been using EasyCD Creator to make VCDs, but my DVD player connected to my TV won't play them (Samsung).

Thanks for the link rbV5.

Try Picture to tv, you might have to search for it as I cant find the website. I used it alongside its SVCD plugin and it was very good.
