Easiest way to convert VHS to DVD?

What type of hardware is required? A VIVO video card? Are there converters that work say from a VHS (RCAs) to an external box and then to USB to the computer? Or is that too far fetched?

Either will work.

Cards with VIVO, AIW cards, PCI capture cards, & USB capture cards.

That + some good capturing/editting/encoding/authoring software.

I use a Sony combo - VHS in one side and DVD burner in the other. Don't need a PC - just insert the tape, a blank DVD and burn.
