Easiest way to convert ITUNES to MP3, and other formats

I want to convert my Itunes (purchased) to mp3 so that I can use it on my mp3-cd player in my car.

What is the best/easiest program for this? (burning to CD and importing is tedious)

I also want to convert my Itunes into another format (ogg? wav?) when I buy a DAP - preferably a format that loses little or no sound quality and is not too large in size.

Is there a good program for this as well? (or is there one program that does both of what i want really well)

are you talking songs you bought? if that's the case the you'll need to remove the DRM. otherwise dbpower AMP is the way to go.
