Easiest Way to Clone A Mac Drive

I want to clone my laptop's hard drive to a new one but I'm not sure what the best way to go about this is. I have a 160gb drive split in two equal partitions of OS X and Vista. I've read through a couple of threads on the subject but they really help much. So, what I need to know is, what's the easiest, most strait forward way to make a bootable clone. I noticed a lot of people seem to use CarbonCopyCloner, which is free. My concern is not so much OS X but with Windows, as I have had trouble in the past making Windows drive images bootable. Any suggestions.

I'll be using an external USB enclosure for this BTW.

So I guess I have have to partition the drives first then use these utilities to copy everything over. Sounds good.
