My Nook color hasn't been delivered yet but I was planning on using this guide to put CyanogenMod 7 on it.

Once you get root access it's shockingly easy to install whatever ROMs you want on it. I'm using CM7 nightly 160 which works perfectly (after updating from a rock-solid nightly 87 LOL).

Thanks guys - was a breeze and I absolutely lock Miui (chinese rom that has a very iOS feel). Only problem is that netflix is a bit glitchy (lip sync off), everything else makes me think that I have no need to invest in any other tablet, all for $170!

Well considering the Touchpad is going for 99 dollars today if we can get android on that then it will spank a nook... just saying.
