So I went to my local toyota dealer for a checkup and when I pull into the service station there is a silver honda civic in front of me. Well they look at my car and let me know I'm done so I go to my car. I start driving home and I look on the passenger side floor and there are car keys to the honda civic that was in front of me. It's a used car on their lot and I have keys to it. Vroom vroom free car.


For the moral police: I'm not really gonna steal it.

I don't think it would be hard stealing a car in the winter here. People always leave them running, unlocked.

I do sometimes too, but usually only in low traffic area or line of sight.

 

Many car lots that I've been to leave the keys in all the cars, then the lot monkey removes them at the end of the day.

Most likely that's who left the keys there. I accidentally did that myself once or twice when I was a porter some years back. Never left any in a car that was being picked up by a customer though. :Q
