Easier way to manage permissions in AD (Exchange 2k3)

I often find myself going through individual accounts to give/remove mailbox rights for other individuals that need access. Is there an easier way to do this? For example, an employee needs acces to 5 other employees inboxes....is there another way to do it besides going into the permissions for each of the users and giving the main user full mailbox access to each one?

You can always write a script to make it easier, but as far as clicking around, I don't believe so. There may always be a third party solution, but of course that costs money.

If you don't understand scripting, get SetPerm

I use it all the time to change permissions on all kinds of stuff.
