Is there an easier way to do situps or situp-like exercises? I ask because I like the results that situps give, but I find that my back keeps me from doing the amount that I'd like. Is there a way that's easier on the back?

Situps have already been known and pretty much proven to be bad on your back. Just do crunshes for your abs because you only need to go up a little to get enough tension in your abs. I do 3 dfiferent exercises for my abs, and I have a pretty nice 6 pack. But sit ups aren't one of those exercises.

Crunches are alright, so are legraises, but i still prefer sit-ups (actually, i incorporate all three of them on different days during the week)... try doing some excersises for your back also... like deadlifts...
