I have an odd issue. On my one Windows 10 machine Under Ease of Access, "Turn on Filter Keys" will not stay unchecked at reboot. I have the sub set of "Set up Filter Keys" configured the exact same way on my other Win10 machine. Is this a windows issue or could it possibly be hardware related? I can check tomorrow with another keyboard..
