Seems like a good sale selection. If you can only get one then get the Sims4 Laundry Day stuff pack. It's so cool, you stand around and talk about each others clothes and how to get stains out. 🙂

So tempted on Star Wars Squadrons, but holding out for a drop in price at Epic, so I can use my $10 off coupon.

I don't know if they still do it, but pretty much anything you bought during an Epic sale got you the coupon if you didn't have it. It's $10 off anything $14.99 and up. Buy a game on sale for $14.99 - pay $4.99 and get another coupon. I got a few nice games that way.
 
Looks like my coupon expired? At any rate, Steam also has the same prices as Origin. I picked up Squadrons there.
