I saw this when i logged onto steam, except it was £15. My thoughts, this isnt 1995 FFS why charge £15?! Bullshit, glad i got all my nostalgia from a £0 emulator a few years back. Junkyard boss was a bitch to beat anyways

yeah true emulation is 0$ but cant discuss that here :) if the price was maybe $10 i would jump on it alot quicker, just because these games have already ran there course years ago.

Why would you buy now from Steam when you could have bought in 2008 from GoG?

http://www.gog.com/en/search/sort/search/earthworm%20jim
$12 for 1/2/3D.

Enjoy your money and your lack of DRM.

People really piss me off when the only thing they can see is Steam with its crap pricing and crap DRM. There are other options people.
Not to mention that GoG actually tries to make sure games work, while Steam is just a platform and Valve don't care if the developers put out crap that barely works.

because that is not premise of the post...
if you have a problem with steam, then dont buy anything off of steam. Pretty simple

And first off, i dont follow GOG.2nd i just started recently buying through digital means.irelevant yes, but shows that not everyone has been using Digital downloads since its conception years ago.

No better way to ruin nostalgia than to revisit it. I prefer to remember them as amazing games than to replay them and realize I was wrong :p

Earthworm Jim 3D is extremely boring, EJ and EJ2 are classics, especially the first. I wouldn't even play EJ3D again even for free, much less PAY for it. I'm happy I had bought the EJ+EJ2 pack on GoG.com instead, and they offer their respective sound tracks (does the Steam version offer that? I'm actually asking, not pretending it doesn't, but I doubt it would).

Meh, I would wait until they are on sale. That's pretty much the only time when I buy games on Steam.

after playing them...realized wow there not that special on the pc..probaly wuold have gotten more support if i had downloaded the Roms....But i do like the value from GOG...i get the soundtracks as well as the game. for 5.99, which is not that much to spend opposed to 20 for 3 games that will probaly work the same.

controller support is horrible..diagonol shooting(spelt wrong i know) is near impossible with a controller. ive used the rom's previously in the past and had better controller support sadly. the graphics seem much bleh then i remember.

overall though the music is what brings the game home...nothing like classic EW jim music
