About 5 minutes ago. Magnitude and damage unknown, but it was strong enough to make me run out of the shopping mall. Sigh.

And just last month, a company was trying to convince me to move to Christchurch at their expense if I covered face-to-face interview costs.

Turned them down.

Good thing

My thoughts are with everyone down there. Do we have any Christchurch members?

I'd love to visit New Zealand one day. It sounds like a nice place to live.

how about those people, who built their homes right next to an active volcano, and then wonder why they have lava in the living room.

Anyone does wonder, why things like that happen? Who do F**K The Nature - with plastic, sucking oil to no avail. and then we start wonder - where from all these earthquakes, tsunamis, etc.
We're so good to Nature, but Nature for some reason does not like us? Isn't it so?
I do wonder, who was the last person swimming in the sewer called Hudson River in NYC?
And who made Hudson River to become a sewer? A NATURE?

I do care more about other, more intelligent species, who cares more about this Planet than humans do - birds, other animals, I hope these were able to flee out of that zone, just like during Thailand Tsunami, no any other spieces but humans suffered.

It's like: "How you'll fix your bed - so will you sleep"
