All Dial-Up is raised $2 to $21.95/mo.
(Follows AOL - American Off Line - their increase)
What do you get: Why 6 more emails!

Is this a sly attempt to "break the straw" for many people to go to DSL?

seven email addresses and 10mgs of web space ? !? !

they're history. ciao earthstink. i started out with netcom. netcom was eaten up by mindspring. then mindspring was swallowed by earthlink. nobody asked me :|:Q:disgust::):p

so how's at&t ? their service is cheaper, but do they require a
whole year pre-pay ?

Jeez, I remember when dialup cost $9.95 a month back in the day when everyone and their grandmother owned an ISP. Thank goodness I'm getting 3 T1's in my apartment for $20/mo. :p

If you can get it go with Pacbell DSL I was paying 25.00 for unlimited dialup plus 20+ for a second phoneline so I'm saving money. DSL is great!! All three computers linked through a linkys router SWEET no more sharing with the rest of the house.

Just get used to the fact that dial-up costs 21.95...

How many ISP's need to fail for people to figure that out?

at&t, 7 bucks plus 7 cents a minute...then you use one of the cheap 1800dial whatever services instead of calling direct.
