THat must be all to one user. I have had earthlink for over a year and it has never had any issues.

i've had earthlink email for at least 3 years. i've never had a problem with missing emails.

The two groups affected are those who get their mail with an Earthlink-hosted domain and those with aliased e-mail addresses like my friend's Blackberry.

that explains a good bit. i do neither of those things.

I've set my e-mail provider to block all emails from earthlink, since that's where the majority of my spam comes from.

Earthlink is screwed up. They always try to levy phony charges on my credit card. Their rates for dial up accounts are crazy, over $20.00 a month. They do offer a low price guarantee though.

So I always pay $60.00 a year. I've done this for several years. Then when the billing cycle ends, they start billing me at like $23.00 a month. I've never had that kind of rate, ever. I finally dumped Earthlink.
