Ears ringing 6 hours after coming home from club

Never happened to me before, the music was extremely loud. my hearing probably suffered a lot of damage correct? How long before it stops? ( i dont go to clubs a lot, but do go a couple of times every few months tried out some new one thing time, and my damn ears wont stop ringing, I AM HATING IT ! )
